Naoko originally comes from the hotbed of Japanese street food cooking in Osaka and loves cooking and entertaining family and friends.
Japanese Kitchen pop-up is a chance for to cook some of her favourite dishes for you.
We hope you enjoy them!
All over the world everyone loves traditional home cooking. Here in the UK people get misty eyed about their grandma's food, in Italy it's Nonna's recipes, and in Japan we're no different! We make delicious authentic Japanese food like we would have at home.
Everything is freshly cooked with the best ingredients. We hope to be able to cook a variety of our favourite meals for you (and even let you decide what goes on the menu each week!)
Thank you to Brighton Bier for letting us use their lovely FREEHAUS pub for our pop-up kitchen. Unfortunately we can't sell any of their delicious beer as takeaway beer isn't currently allowed, but you can order their beer for delivery :-)
We love to cook authentic Japanese home cooking for you. This the food we grew up eating and still enjoy.
Opening hours are below (unless we sell out earlier). We recommend ordering online to avoid disappointment.
